Was sure grip standard on an A40 spring special Bee (no axle package on FT)? I don't think it was but I can’t find anything to confirm it.

Thanks. A40 was the spring special package without vinyl roof. No mention of it here so guessing it wasn't standard.

Is there info on that package in the factory sales and literature documents at www.hamtramck-historical.com ?

Usually there is. And all items included are spelled out specifically in the library section: https://www.hamtramck-historical.com/library-2.shtml

It was standard on the Plymouth RR w/ Spring Special. Not sure about Dodge however.

I've seen that here on Moparts, but I haven't been able to confirm it with any official docs.

RR Spring Special

I've also poked around hamtramck historical, but haven't found anything definitive. That's not to say it isn't on there - I may be looking in the wrong place.

I looked too and just saw White Hat Special info. But there might be similar info for Spring Special but Barry doesn’t have it...yet. Need people to donate scanned items.

Interesting differences in Spring Special Pkg between Dodge & Plymouth.
Why 2 codes, A39 & A40, and 2 different prices?
The special hood paint = black scoops?

Pretty sure that every Dana60 had a SureGrip in it, correct me if I'm wrong.

With and without vinyl top.

Yes, Black scoops.

Automatic transmission and 8.75 w/o SG was standard with Hemi.
