Is the picture a Federal or TRW pump How can the shaft seal be removed from the pump in the attached picture without the original tools shown in the FSM. Thanks

It's just a seal, punch a hole in it for leverage and pull it out... here's an ID for TRW or Fed
Mike Did you notice there is no reservoir in the OP's picture?
