So I am still looking for a water pump pulley (non a.c big block) with 5.5 diameter that would work for my setup. I linked you to a 5.5" pulley. That is the size you say you need. What are you waiting for?
They say there are no such thing as a stupid question. They say there is always the exception that proves the rule. Don't be the exception.

The pulley that was linked is a a/c pulley and I donot think it will work with a 2 grove crank pulley. If I go with that pulley I will have to add a 4 grove crank pulley. That is correct. But if you can find an A/c pulley and the 4 groove lower pulley for cheap it would be a good way to test out your theory before dropping the big coin on $HEMI$ specific parts ??? ...
running up my post count some more .

I have used all stock 440 pulleys & water pumps on my hemi's on the street with no issues in the past. With everything you have changed/replaced & still having issue I am thinking it may be an intake leak/vacuum leak making it run lean or timing issues possibly?
