Lots of options for aluminum rocker arms. If you're looking for steel or nodular iron then the choices are slim to none.

As an engineer, I am always a little perplexed by aluminum rockers. The weight savings adds to valve train stability at higher RPM, but Aluminum does have a more finite fatigue life. What is the reliability of aluminum rockers? Does weight savings outweigh longevity?

Just depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Aluminum is cheap and a lot of people want cheap parts. Professional engine builders use aluminum rocker arms for some engines and steel for others. Drag racing usually gets aluminum rocker arms, circle track might get aluminum or they might use steel.
