my custom order came in today from TTI with the mandrel bends, Flanges and die knock out stubs i needed to start the Zoomies for the Blown Hemi Dart

Very impressed with the parts

Big Thanks To Sam @ TTI

J bends are from DynaTech

im still looking for a place to get some internal baffles to quiet it down a little for street driving and plan to make them removable to make it scream if need so

anybody deal with someone that can help out on the baffles, thinking of checking at a few places that do motorcycle exhuast

Looks great!

I've dealt with Sam in the past. He is a great guy, that's willing to help you out if he can.

Most any Harley shop should be able to help you out with the baffles.

Afterall, they get taken out once a bike gets altered..Unless the shops just toss 'em in the trash

what will you use for packing in the baffles?steel whool?
HMF sells several types of packing, ceramic being the most durable.i had enough hayabusa baffles saved for a while but scrapped the plan when i moved.state eight in steel corners has a salvage place off rt-8 and 271 you can check out.
