New (to me) ride. Ive been watching this car since I was 15. I became friends with the last two owners and now I have become the custodian. It has always been a well kept car (since 1970) with upgrades along the way. No big plans maybe a 7.50 cert, old Pro/stock type scoop and just some bracket racing. boogie
Just thought Id share...

Very cool car. God knows I miss Modified Eliminator. D/A was a 273 and was a stick. Way cool stuff.

I'm a big early A fan too so that makes it double cool.

Just because you think it won't make it true. Horsepower is KING. To dispute this is stupid. C. Alston

My fiancé wants to race badly. I often think about names for cars for her. I've thought about buying a panther pink duster and naming it the Titty Twister. Other names I've thought of are the Menstrual Missile and Clamitty.

It may take some time for this car to materialize so; please don't steal my ideas.

I had a chassis customer who owned a 1963 to 1966 Valiant two door sedan like yours that I set him up with Chris Alston (before they became Chris Alston Chassis Works) Alston in the mid 1970s to do the back half on that car and later he took it back for changing the front suspension to a strut front end, he must have told one of the guys up in their in the chassis shop he wanted to run Pro Stock and they told him about the 3 yr old model rule back then and he never finish the car whiney
I never knew he had hopes to race Pro Stock until then, I thought he was making a Super Gas car confused
I should try and find it now to see if it is a mild steel or chrome moly car work
I am building a 1965 Dart 270 that Forest did the back half on several years ago, I'm waiting on a local fibreglas mold maker to make the 1966 Dart front end molds and front end parts for it so I can get that car done luck
