Yes I run the MF1229 on my mid 10 second street Duster and love them.
They have a nice deep sound.

I have a exhaust shop at home. I do custom exhaust afternoons and weekends. I use 95 percent Jones performance mufflers. Most VX series, basically a Flowmaster. But I use a lot of the MF series that is basically a Magnaflow knock off. No sound difference but a whole lot cheaper. They are a straight through design and will support as much power as a Magnaflow.

Plus they are stainless steel which is a huge bonus.

I just ordered the mf1259 there a couple inches longer than the 1229. hopefully help the noise a little more. both mufflers together were still 1/3 cheaper than 1 magnaflow thanks for the replys

Nice prices and stainless steel to boot. May get a set myself. In the pics though they don't look very sharp, would like to see one up close myself. Fortunately I live close enough to Summit to go have a looksy. up

I just got the mufflers tonight and put them on. I don't think there as loud as the 2 chamber flowmasters I took off. they sound good.

I got some a few years back for a project car, haven't run them yet. In mine, when I looked inside I could see stainless steel mesh string coming through the holes. Not great. I pulled out what I could. Hopefully their quality has improved since then.
