I think he wants to know what heads fit that block and if it takes a different header.
I would have chimed in but since I retired I've forgotten is you can only use a 48* head on a 48* block or if you can use a 59* head on a 48* block.
Sucks getting old.

Any 59 degree can have the push rod holes re-machined and be fitted to a 48 degree block. You could even do factory heads if you desired, not that you would. The push rod holes break through in to to the intake flange when you do however. The Indy heads that were offered as 48 degree were cast with more material in the flange to avoid this.
