Looks like they have done well with the plans . The forecast looks fairly clear, should open this weekend , starting as a 1/8 until they can get more money to finish the 1/4 http://www.onawaracing.com/

What is Rolling Thunder Drag Strip in Pacific Junction Iowa? Is that a road course with a drag strip by Omaha?
Humboldt county has a new name and new owners after over fifty years,its North Ia. Dragway
One thing about Iowa is if want to go racing we have the tracks!

Congratulations fellow racers! We only wish we heard that same news here in NY. We hope and pray, but i really dont think it will ever happen here on long island. One more reson why i want to get out of here.

How many racers here have to travel 3 hours to closest track and cross 2 bridges with tolls $80+ each way. Ill stop complaining now. I still love racing day.

. Ouch! We have three here in Idaho. Lucky that I'm only roughly 15 min. from the closest one. I didn't have to spend 80 dollars for two race entry's last nite, let alone to cross a dang bridge!
