Well,
We picked up Larry Griffith's 2009 Super Stock Challenger at the plant yesterday, and it will be on display at South Oak Dodge untill Friday at least. Their address is 4550 Lincoln Highway (Route 30) in Matteson Il. If anyone is in the area and would like to take a look at it before they start the work on it, now's your chance. I'll probably be going to their shop as my schedule allows it to document and photograph the progress of the build. Here's a link to Larry's home page, and South Oak's also.... Great photos. I am interested in how the car went from white to black. Did you all paint it first?? I also noticed in photo #54, TWO!!! Challengers, both black on the lifts. Any comments??? Also both had a white rear panel.???
The car Zippy was involed in with the moonroof was black. Is there anything here?????

There were two other black Challengers that were in different stages of progress.That they're currently working on. Larry's car is the white one that we picked up. I'm not sure who the other car's belong to, but they are probably 2 to 3 weeks from being ready for pick up. After the racer's pick the vehicle's up, they then need to start the work on completing the vehicle to whichever class they plan on racing in. According to John Donato, the car should be class legal for multiple classes...

Thanks for the reply. This looks like it will be interesting. Things have been kind of dull on here since Kevin passed away. His questions on the Missle were always enlighting and getting input from Stewart and Joe was priceless. I hope these cars get the same interest. I am sure I will have a lot of questions,all answers are welcomed.
