my 1998 trailer is getting a bit thin on paint the aluminum is starting to show through . has any one replaced their enclosed trailer exterior panels if so where did you get them ? i contacted the manufacturer and they were no help.

You can buy pre-painted 4x8 sheets of aluminum at your local supplier

Yes, should be a metal supplier close to you , we have at least 3 here

i looked in to that it wrapping is around 3500$ just a bit more than i want too spend.

You could just DA sand the outside, could quick etch job and give it a quick paint job.

Motorstate Distributing (Lane Automotive) carries them in their Allstar brand name. They range from around $ 50.00 to $60.00 per sheet depending on colors. Looks like they stock them in 18 different colors but I can't get a copy of it to attach. They have plain, chrome, white, Xtreme red, red, dark red, gloss black, satin black, flat black, shell grey, lime xtreme green, pepsi blue, chevron blue, medium blue, orange, yellow, xtreme purple, silver metalic.

Body builders/repair shops for dirt track racers use the prefinnished alum panels in different colors, might check with them if you have one close by.

FYI 4X8 sheets won't fit, Enclosed panels are 49" inches wide to allow for overlap.

found local trailer sales place that was able to get the panels for me , 49" x 85" 120$ a panel. that was the cheapest i could find.

Thanks for the info guys! I have a 2000 20 ft Haulmark that has been a great trailer with no major issues. Its in great shape but its paint has faded despite cleaning and waxing. I used the Rustoleam Wipe New Recolor wipes and it helped a little. i inquired about having it painted but nobody seems to want to do the job. Replacing the skins might be an option.

You could also try places that sell truck hardware - lights, hinges, latches, seals, roof panel, etc.. I bought everything from these guys the last time I built a trailer.

This one is in Canada but if you look at the extensive catalog you'll get an idea of the extensive list of stuff. There must be places like this in the US.
