Hey Everyone,
Well I am doing a little project right now and am interested in painting it Matte Black. I see the two-stage process as the popular thing, with a matte clear but was wondering what you guys think? I want the finish to look something like this GT-R.

If you have any suggestions on best product for the money, etc. please let me know.

- Jon

Last year we did a Jeep in matte black from
House of Kolors.

You just use Pitch Black that goes on dull.
Then cover it with Matte Clear.

It will look great!

Snap your neck, mega G-force launch, is all I want!

I did some research and found a product made locally to do the job. Thanks for the input.

Was rated best in its class for 2007 SEMA show.
Its right here in SD. Good stuff, and its the cheapest of its kind around.

I think you would be best off with the base coat/matte clear.

The single stage will be hard to clean, cant wax it to remove water spots and buffing it will make it shine. The mat clear will stay dull.
