Trying to figure out if this is a six pack balancer or a cast crank balancer what do you think?

Looks to be a lot thicker on the offset than a heavy rod 70-71 motor.

Long snout, thick counterweight= 360.

Those guys in that thread can't manage to figure out if the rear end is an 8 3/4, an 8 1/4 or a 7 1/4, I would not trust them to know if water was wet.

There should be a part number stamped on it. They are difficult to see / find. BTW, 440Source has an excellent damper-balancer info page (www.440source.com/dampers.htm) with part numbers ...

I can go check one of my 360 LA balancers tomorrow but at first thought the counterweight does not look like what I am remembering.

Absolutely no doubt original 360 LA. I've got a few laying around. Later ones were flat faced but went to a cut out area on the opposite side.
