Which factory oil pans will work with a 440 in a 70 Dart? Are there any ?

also----Are there any aftermarket pans ( BB A-body) out there that are NOT deep race pans? Ive already got a deep Moroso 7 qt.

Need something smaller for street use .

None of them, especially none of the ones the factory used in the BB Darts they built.

They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

I used one of ma Mopars 1970/71 street Hemi and 440 6 pack 6 quart oil pans with the 440-6 pack stock oil pickup in my 1971 Duster up I used a set of Elephant ears back then but I would use front motor plate now up I slid the motor back around one inch on the stock rear trans mount and then had the motor plate tabs welded onto the top of the front sub frames to match the set back up I did need to trim, ground it with a 4 inch body grinder wheel, the back edge of the K frame lip around the oil pan sump to get some clearances (about 3/8 inch to the pan with 1/4 inch ground back thumbs scope
That set back gave me right at 50.1/4% weight on the front tires with me in it and that car flat hooked up boogie
That pan holds 6 quarts plus one quart in the stock size filter and it is not low like some of the other earlier 1966/1969 Street Hemi 5 quart pans that needed the steel ( I can't think of the proper name that all the street hemi cars had welded on the bottom of the K frame so the oil pan wouldn't drag confused realcrazy) that none of the RB/B motor cars came with work
I think Super Cuda tried to link to 440 Source clone hemi/ 440 6 pack oil 6 quart oil pan like I'm talking about scope
I use that type oil pan now on all my street pump gas motors going into 1966-71 B and E body wedge motors builds, they flat work very well thumbs
Some of the early C body stock oilpans will work but not near as well as the alter 6 quart oil pan does with the motor slid back a little bit up wrench

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

I have seen guys use C-Body pans. Have a big 187 stamped in them.

Yes
The 187 pan has a notch to clear the idler arm in A body big block. The later version of this pan is stamped 699.
