Looks similar to the one on my old '48 Studebaker. But it's been 50 years since I saw that.

Looks like the cleaner from a 1950 Plymouth Suburban I once owned. Flathead 6cyl, 1bbl carb. Looks Plymouth-ish from that era to me also. Probably from a low-line (Deluxe) model because the high-line (Special Deluxe) Plymouths had a larger air filter.
