I have a LA 360 motor. It has the 6 bolt rear crank hub. Bolt pattern is symmetrical,so flexplate can be installed several ways. The torque converter has a weight on it for balance. The four mounting bolts on the converter matchup one way on the flexplate. How do you determine how to orient the offset weight if you can mount the flexplate two different ways? Maybe I am over thinking this? Thanks

Flexplate will only bolt on crank one way and will only bolt onto the convertor one way.

The flexplate in not symmetrical in either the crank or torque converter ends. It will only go on one way.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

I guess I lucked out on choosing the right mount to the crank. Thanks for the info.
