Woodburn hosted their 7th annual Night of Fire 3 weeks ago. In pro bracket that was 5 races in 3 days, $74 average entry for each and each race paid a minimum of $2500 to win. As you might guess, I was there, racing, and took home some money.

Everyone has to choose when and where they wish to race and spend their money, but if you're that concerned about payouts, you should consider showing up to the races that do pay instead of complaining on the internet.

IMO If you are doing this for money you need a new hobby...Well maybe not Dustin

Being from the land of not many tracks, SO CA, and being use to good pay outs for smaller fields I was shock and then mad about them being that dang CHEAP down
IMO they have had a bad influence on the other track operators in this area as far as pay out and racer participation work
I don't go their now unless it is for thier Mopar race or some other special race. Besides if we don't gripe and complain to them they can't hear us work Maybe more valid input from other racers would help also work
The real kicker was the announcer saying that Jim was going to his big vacation house in Hawaii for the winter right after that race whiney
I don't bracket race now to make money like I use to grin
I have consider putting another, younger, better driver in my S/P car but that may or may not happen also shruggy

Same here. Not sure which is worse, the website or Tony Pedregon announcing.
