It was brought to my attention that there are differences with 1970 Deck Lids. So I am told. At Carlisle I was able to observe that some Deck Lids on the back have 4 holes to accommodate the optional rear wing (70 option only) and others that have 2. My 70 Cuda does not have the 4 holes. My question is what is the correct Deck Lid if there is any differences in the Deck Lid for 70 E Bodies only? Any input will be of great help. 70 without cutouts and 70 with spoiler (go-wing)

your late-'70 model year 'cuda (after Feb. '70 production) should have the "white" decklid pictured above Unless it did not. Leftovers were used as needed. To the OP - do you have any reason to suspect that your deck lid is not original to your car?

To understand this correctly. The 4 hole cut outs were for the luggage provision only for early productions and so on how you described it. Without those options stated it should have the standard cut outs. ...70 with luggage rack provisions

Ok, what does this one go on then? Cut-outs on one side only. Probably 72-74 I asssume.

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
