No, the 68 buckets will not fit, been there done that. 69 buckets do fit however.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

I believe the 67-68 headlight brackets that are welded to the fenders are in a slightly different place so the grilles don't interchange either. You have to put 68 fenders on your 67.

I have some 68 Dart tailight lenses and bezels I don't need. I have plenty of them laying around too, but you need to install the buckets to put the lenses in and screw the bezels to or you will not have tail lights. To install those buckets you have to cut-out the 67 sheet metal that holds the buckets in and weld-in the 68 sheet metal.
