In that timeframe, the only Tremec we did anything with was the T56.

given the part number series I have to ask...Are you looking at a pull-out from first gen drag pak, or parts someone involved hung on to?

If you are, those should be viper t56s. They were only used to hold the engine in, and were all supposed to be rebuildable cores, but some new ones did get mixed in. After the program changed, I'm pretty sure a few folks ended up with a trans or two here and there.

If memory serves, but the time the T6060 came online, we were past P5155XXX.

I picked up a NOS Bell housing part Number P5153602 listed as 5.7,6.1 and 392 Hemi Bell housing for A833 and Tremec TKO(5 speed OD)
The pamphlet in side the box has a parts list, and this trans PN was listed as a TKO 5 speed trans, The Pilot bearing that's in the parts kit with this bell housing, has a smaller inside DIA than the trusty old Mopar/Magnum but bigger then the GM's .59.
I trying to find info on the trans. I guess the short answer I'm looking for is what input shaft was used on this transmission, if the trans was based on the GM TKO's or the Ford version.
Thanks

Ah! TKO rings a bell. I remember that part now.
I actually never touched it.

Eric V. was the engineer, at the time it was a Lakewood/Mr. Gasket joint venture with MP.

We had a couple dialogs about it in email but I was never provided with a brand x application or part number for the trans that was supposed to work. After a time, I got the impression the emphasis was really on the A833, the other was an afterthought and somewhat pushed on MP by Mr. Gasket.

I believe it was listed in the 2005 mp catalog, but they never did say exactly which TKO was supposed to work with it, probably for marketing disdain of ever having a a ford or gm part number listed.

We're talking 2005-2006 timeframe, and since my paycheck comes from a different place these days I can't get all the old info anymore...that's about all I can remember from back then, sorry.

It's all good Zippy, that's more information than I got from Tremec.
I have a bunch of TKO parts laying around and I'm just trying to figure out if the input shaft is a off the shelf or a one off piece.
Thanks
