My last PM from months ago never got a reply, so I'm wondering if he's sold his home in Maryland and finally relocated & retired as he planned. He hadn't even decided where he wanted to move when we last talked. Thanks - Brad

He contacted me last year about spending a little time here to see if he likes the Carolina. Never heard from him after that.

Hi Brad, I haven't talked to Jim in a while either. When I get home I will give him a call. Keefe Ask him if he's still waiting for me to come get that 400 block I bought from him years ago and never picked up! / LOL...
