Cab_Burge I Win C Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 43,252 Bend,OR USA	Put the motor and trans in the car with the weight of the driver in the drivers seat and enough wait in the trunk to simulate a full tank of fuel and then slide a tranny yoke in the trans all the way and then pull it out one inch and then measure the ACTUAL center to center length needed for your car Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Might as well check for tire clearance At the front of the wheel well for now and the future, should you go with a bigger tire. If the clearance is a bit tight, you can shim the front spring brackets back a little before getting a shaft made, or deciding if one is the right length. 8..603 156 mph best, 2905 lbs 549, indy 572-13, alky
