I don't believe "BRC" cranks were Bryant cranks.
I seem to recall they were an outfit in Tn(Tennessee Engine Works), and at least for a period of time they were using forgings that were supposedly of European origin...... German I think.
They were supposed to be "good" cranks, but I had a customer that bought a 511 that had one in it, and from a journal fit and finish standpoint...... It really wasn't very good. I shared shop space with another full service shop for a while, and the guy who did the crank grinding wasn't impressed at all with it.
It was 4.250 stroke with Mopar journals and I had it stroked to 4.375 with BBC journals, and built a 542 out of it. 572-13 heads, made about 830hp. After a couple seasons it came back for freshening..... The crank was loaded with cracks. We replaced it with an Eagle.
Ive never seen any .020 under race bearings for Mopars from FM or Clevite, but perhaps King has something.

BRC is Brooks Racing Components. They made rods and cranks. The last time I saw their shop was in Cosby TN.
Nautilus Racing- We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.

From what little I could find digging around.....
It appears Tennessee Engine Works sold the BRC name and crank manufacturing to JVR industries, which filed for chapter 11 in Florida in 2004........ Which looked like it was denied in 2006.
The name "BCR performance" is still in Florida, but it seems they are basically a piston company now.

How about having it offset ground to BB Chevy rod journal size (2.2000 and increase the stroke at the same time to around 4.250? I've had that done more than once with a 4.150 stroke crankshaft I had one new crank offset ground like that to 4.300 stroke
