I am wanting to use stainless bolts to bolt my 6 pack on the charger 440 Do they make a stainless bolt with a captive washer sorta like the orignal seat? The reason is I can't stand a rusty bolt on a nice motor Right off I don't the size. Thread count or the length they need to be

The intake bolts do require use of a washer. Use a separate washer (hardened washer if you can get them in stainless). Also, the bolts were known to back off and create intake leaks because of differential expansion between the aluminum intake and the steel bolts. The fix was a gasket on each side of the intake pan gasket (2 paper gaskets to sandwich the pan between the intake and the heads on each side).

ARP is going to be my first suggestion, they do make ss shoulder bolt style or reduced head 12pt. Whats the problem with a SS washer? A true captive washer in SS would be a little problematic in regards to galling issues I suspect.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

Just keep in mind most stainless bolts are softer and more prone to breakage so don't over torque them

I used to use stainless bolts on my carb until one the throttle started sticking wide open. The weirdest damn thing I ever had happen to me in the hobby. Full throttle blasts and the butterflies would stick. Turned out to be the torque was uneven on all four corners and the carb body was tweaked. Switched back to studs after that.
