Is this a 14" or 15" hubcap from a 1969 Dodge?

I want to say they are 15".

There is a junkyard here with a 70 coronet that has a trunk full of Chrysler hubcaps and I pulled one of those out while looking for other styles and remember that it weighed a ton!

I couldn't read the tire size in the photo. I'm hoping somebody has better eyes than I do and can see the tire size.
