Got my Headlight Harness out and can't figure out why I cut this. Is it a ground just like the one up by my Headlight Motor wire and where does it ground to?

Can't tell for sure......there should be a ground wire that attaches to radiator support in front and above the battery tray. The wire usually has a round loom on it for a screw to pass thru.

Your right. I had the harness turned around backwards. I must have cut it not being able to get it off. Its the one like you said in front of the battery tray and the other ground that is with my headlight motor wire gets ground the opposite side of the radiator support. Thanks, that helped me remember lol.
