I rebuilt the front end on my '64 Dodge Polara back in 1997 and I got a kit from PST(?) I think. It was complete, but I did not use every part. Now you can buy the parts individually from
www.Rockauto.com and they are cheap. The one thing where I deviated from stock parts were the C-Body tie rod adjusting sleeves that I got from Firm Feel in Vancouver, WA. I also bought gas charged shocks that were not stock, but I cannot remember where I got them. I bought the special socket that it takes to remove the upper ball joint and a good tip is to remove that ball joint while the control arm is still on the car, otherwise it is hard to hold it in place while you unscrew it. The rest are just nuts and bolts. I did the disc brake swap at the same time
