I am assembling a 1969 Barracuda I did not take apart. I need to see what the five bolts/screws look like that hold the instrument panel in place. These are the fasteners that go straight down through the front lip of the IP into the body just behind the windshield. I know they have a 10-24 thread but I don't know what the head looks like. I suspect there is a captive washer too. Can anybody describe this part to me or show me a pic? Thanks.

you should ask this in the restoration forum. folks over here have been known to use bubble gum and band-aids to hold stuff in biggrin

Also helps to get an interior screw kit. I bought one years ago from "Mr G" and all screws were labeled. Very handy. Mr G may still sell them or others.

I bought an interior screw kit but these don't seem to be included. I got the specific info I need from the Restoration Forum. Thanks.
