I'm going to put some Kirkey pro street seats in the Dart this spring. Just looking for ideas on how people have done it. I bought their brackets, but feel that I still need to go higher. Any pics you have are greatly appreciated!

I am on the fence for the same modification. Curious to see the input.

Me too, I'll be installing them in the Duster in about a month or less depending how soon I finish the cage. I'm looking at using factory tracks then making pedestals (1 inch moly with a 3/4 horizontal tube) front and back to support the seat. I have also attach to the cross bar too on back. Maybe make some angled thin aluminum to hide the track. Trial fit they are about 2-3 inches off floor tilted back a little more than normal. I'll take some pics

I had a friend CNC these brackets for me. They have 3 mounting locations, and sit 1 1/2" higher then the Kirkey brackets.

That's certainly trick. up
Might have if mine, left a token shear web to help prevent racking.

Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

We made tubular mounting brackets for mine that bolt thru the factory bolt holes in the floors & tie in the trans tunnel.

You can use the road race floor brackets if you want to go up a little higher. Everything mounts the same way.
