So after some struggles last year and a missed deadline to at less than have the car done by drag week I have some parts enroute here from Summit and Jegs.

Nothing fantastic or anything that produces earth shattering power but I'm excited.

New ATI damper to replace my BHJ that you guys suggested to replace due to my engine guy honing it to a slip fit.

Also enroute is a full Wilwood disc brake setup for my Demon spindles to replace the 9" drums and the braided stainless hoses to compliment the new brakes.

Are you saying that you could slide the BHJ onto the crank snout and over the key stock by hand?

For the vast majority of the slide yes, it had to finally be seated with a tap and it doesn't move and has to be removed with a puller. The engine guy says they have done it for years on lots of race engines in area with no issues. I don't feel like gambling the car has been down too long.
