Can someone here take a pic of the spare tire cover and post it on here? Not sure if 66 is the same.. This is the cover that goes over the spare and under the trunk mat...

I can guess at it, but a pic would sure be nice.. Cannot find any pics of it in my FSM....

TY, I was unaware of those being produced...

Is the spare an integral part of "holding" up this board in the middle??

Yes, the spare holds it from sagging if you put anything on top of it other than the mat. It might still sag over time with no support.

That is weird. I don't remember the 67 having the resess like the 66 did.
Did they all have it? or was it possible not to? or is my memory faulty.
I bought a 67 in the 90's in cali and it didn't have it.
