so do you think they are going to sell any at that price? or a better question is when will kelsey tire realize that no ones going to bite on that price? $450.00 plus shipping. thats like $2000.00 for just the rollers, not including a spare.

Thanks for the update Chris. I have the original Goodyear spare for my car and have collected 4 h wheels over the years waiting for tires, so I will probably get a set. I really love the look of the Goodyears. I have got use to being broke doing this car, so what is the difference. I just ordered up a shoebox of engine trinkets from Frank Baldason and it was over $800. No knock of Frank, he was a pleasure on the phone and an asset to a restorer especially with A12's, it is what it is. Rick.

Rick.
RICK,before you order them wait a little while, i have a email into kelsey showing the displeasure of everyone who ones a A12 car on moparts. if no one buys them at that price either they will drop in price to sell some or they will just go away altogether. when they say they did arun of them, i wonder how many were made, im think ing 500 or 1000 tires.

comparing the E60-15 to the G70-15 isn't a fair comparison/ As far as I know the only other car to use the G70-15 was a late 60's big bodied GM, I'm thinking maybe impala???? The E60-15 was used on all kinds of intermediate cars from GM and AMC - so your sales potential is much greater.
As far as an initial production run, I would lean towards less than 500 tires total. And if they don't sell my bet is it's the only run
Talk to Jim Miner and see if a group buy is possibile. He's a Goodyear store owner( aka Kelsey tire sales outlet ) AND a vintage Mopar owner

Chris: I think that you are one of two people that have replied that they would buy a set at these insane prices so I wouldn't worry about a sell out There will no doubt be a surplus and eventually a sale! Don't feel cheap guys it's pretty much the same reaction on the A12 Forum KID

I think a 69 Corvette, but am not 100% sure. But, yes, there was a bowtie that used them. Again, just a limited model.
A friend has a Pink AAR and he luckily has originals. I printed out the info on the E's and I was thinking they were $350-375.
Corvette had raised white letters
