findingfish OP member F Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 42	I have a V-8 from the 50's era It doesn't have the hemi heads. The only place I found numbers on the block are on the decking by the valley pan that's under the intake. Numbers are placed at the front of the block by waterpump. Numbers start with VT388-I4997. Is there any other place on the engine where I need to look
