The subject pretty much says it. Should a 515 SPD Daytona have a large font or small font 054 radiator?

I would say Small as the A12 cars were built a little earlier and they are small. This is my take from reading the A12 Liftoff Hood registry forum.
My car was built May 7th and it is a small font.
(I had to change my post because I keep getting my large and small font radiators mixed up.)
My A12 is a SMALL FONT radiator and my dad's 69 RR is a large font Oct built car.

As Mike said it Should be a Small font one in your car in my opinion also. Sorry for the mix up earlier.

Yes, but not too much as all of the assembly plants worked on the JIT (Just In Time) supplier format as they do to this day again just my take on it.

I would call Bob over at Glen Ray radiators. He will know. I think the plant or supplier could have something to do with it.

All A12 are the small font, but there are two different styles. Just my 2 cents.

I did talk to Bob, I'm going to buy a radiator from him and he thought it was large early, small mid run, and back to large late. I hadn't heard that, and he suggested I try to get some confirming info for a car built around this date.
