Where can I get front suspension rebuild kits for 1969 Dart GTS? I already check it from Classic Industries and they don't have it.

thanks

Watch for country of origin. Most bushings and ball joints are made overseas now. I wouldn't trust just any brand...

Summit Racing sells Moog parts individually.

Firm Feel may have front end kits too? All they do is mopar suspension and steering components so they would be able to tell you what is good and what to avoid.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest. If you want to staystock and enhance the handling go with a rebuild kit with rubber bushings and step up with the front FF sway bar and Bilstien shocks.

The best thing you can do is give Dick a call. Real nice guy and knows Mopar suspensions.

Easy for you to say, then walk away. What do you KNOW is better?

If Federal Mogul has trouble with suppliers, what makes you think that smaller companies have more leverage? You can be doggone sure that Firm Feel or whoever does NOT have their own manufacturing facilities. Maybe remanufacturing facilities?

If MOOG outsources parts, they probably are having the parts built to their specifications. They still have lifetime warrantees on most everything they sell. And what other choices do you have? Looks like AC Delco is the only reputable one, with Mevotech trying to look good trailing the pack. Then there are the specialty shops like PST and Ingalls, who makes their stuff?

So I stick with the yellow and blue boxes. Your mileage may vary.

PST or Firm Feel for all bushings and hard parts in a single, easy to buy kit. Most hard parts are from offshore now days. Even big names ones.

Firm Feel's front end kits use MOOG. Not sure how much they out source their hard parts such as torsion bars, sway bars etc. All I know is that for years I've been buying from Firm Feel and have never had a problem

When I complained to PST that my strut bushings were way too thick, they told me to cut 'em down with a saws-all. True story.

Thanks again I order from Moog Company from Texas and price is fair but expensive. They don't have ball joint on driver side but have passenger side for $133.99

that is the problem. i DON'T know what is better today ! i bought a pair of moog outer tie rod ends for a friends 72 duster two years ago. both were in identical boxes. one was usa made, the other, made in mexico. the dust boots were different, one had four "ribs" [for lack of a better description] on the outside, the mexican one was smooth. each casting was different, and you could tell by looking, the difference in how the threads were machined. also, both ends had different nut hex sizes. these were bought at the local napa store, and were ordered in because he wanted moog instead of napa brand. i was going to return them, but he got in a hurry and installed them anyway. without leaving the driveway, the mexican boot cracked within about 10months time. i'm not the only one seeing these types of problems with the moog brand over the last several years. about six years ago, i rebuilt the entire front suspension on the 70 super bee the same guy owns with 100% moog parts, and EVERY dust boot split within a couple of years. he elected to just replace the boots because he didn't want to take the time to tear down the suspension again, return all the parts, wait for the replacements, then reassemble. and no, there was no screwup on my part with the installation. moog may well spec out the manufacturing of the parts, but that is no guarantee they are the moog of old. are there counterfeit moog parts out there ? who knows. i stand by my statement : BUYER BEWARE ! unless you are positive you are getting old stock, i would question the quality. it seems that is just the way things are in today's global economy. i wish i knew what are suspension parts to recommend, but i JUST DON'T KNOW ! and yes, "your mileage may vary". replacement parts for today's cars come from all over the globe, and are sold in hugely higher volume than our collector cars. we pay a premium price for what we believe should be, a quality part. it just seems to not be what we are receiving. it would be interesting to also know how many here are getting 50-80k miles on moog parts these days, considering how little mileage we actually drive in a year.

I should add that I have a complete front end on my 68 GTS from Firm Feel. The drive is nice and tight. I was using KYB shocks and given my car has a big block it's quite nose heavy. Based on Dick's advise switched to Bilstien shocks and the car now handles a lot better.
