Looking into bumpers and they have good pricing. Anyone have experience with them? Nice parts or garbage? Thanks

Good quality nice parts I have their bolt on trunk lid on my Dart I put the key/ lock in you cant even tell its fiberglass. I am thinking about one of their R/T hoods for my D150.

I have bumpers from them on my duster, been there for 12-15 years have held up very nicely. I'd recommend them.

Definitely not junk. I ordered from them years ago and was very pleased with the quality.

Some of the best there is imo, very little prep needed. Great customer service. Glasstek also very nice.

Not junk at all, I just bought one of their hoods, I just painted it and put it on, no prep needed.

They have merged with Stinger but we just ordered a bolt on six pack hood for a 69 RR and it came in two weeks and was dang near perfect. Happy happy happy.....even the painter did not squeal.

The hoods and bumpers i have bought from AAR needed only sanding for prep.

Glasstek also makes very nice stuff ...and they're not too far away from you. I have turned to Glasstek since AAR no longer comes to the midwest area to sell their stuff at shows/swap meets. Crating/shipping charges are the deal killer.

It's good to know they've stepped up their customer service. When I ordered my hood and bumper several years ago it took a month to get them and they were in stock. The hood is good but the bumper will need some work.

Any idea what those charges typically run? Doesn't say on AAR's site. Since I live in BFE, Mo. everything has to be shipped from somewhere far away wink

Thanks.. as to the question on shipping... it
cost me $125 to have my hood shipped to Romeo
Mich.. I was down there in Florida and seen my
hood after they did some mods that I wanted done
and I thought about picking it up then and take
it home but I went with the shipping cost because
I didnt want to strap it on the roof of my Jeep
for the ride back home... the biggest factor is
the size of the thing you ship... for a hood you
pay for oversize shipping.. when I got it I changed
my mind on it being a lift off hood so I glassed in
a couple of mounting points to change it to a hinged
hood
