My suggestion (for that elevation) would be a single pattern cam in the low to mid-250's @.050, on a 108lsa. Whether you use .875 or .904 lobe designs is your call.
I don't think you'll find anyone having something like that on the shelf. The closest thing is probably the Hughes 5054.
Depending on what springs are on the heads now, it's likely you'd need to replace cam, lifters, pushrods, and springs to be able to upgrade from the mp533 cam to something like a fast rate .904 solid.
Also, if your heads don't currently have the valve spring locating step cut down, it will need to be for the springs used along with those fast rate cams.

If the high lift lobes create an issue with valve to block clearance, then you'll likely end up having to have something custom done if you want to have the desired duration and lsa, and still end up with .520 net lift or less.

Well since it once had a MP 590 in it, before the MP 533 I'm sure that would fit again, if all else was the same. Wouldn't be a bad choice at all IMO I like the 106 LSA for your engine combo. Install it around a 100 ICL
If you want something more modern, maybe a hughes 6872 It has less intake duration, 268 @ .050 compared to 271 @ .050 that the MP 590 has, but more lift .629 But with your heads the Extra duration of the MP 590 and 106 LSA, might be the actual better canidate then the more modern cam Hughes. Some will say, Roller all the way. Not a bad choice either.
