I am considering going with a set of TTI W2 headers for my 408 small block with Indy 360-1 heads, I now have an old set of worn Tubular Automotive headers that need replaced. Do any of you guys have any experience with them? how do they fit ? easy installation? do I still need a 90 degree adapter? how do the fit with a Moroso pan? Thanks

I have the 1 7/8" w2 e body headers and they fit so nice with a moroso pan. No adapter needed for the filter.

I had the tubular ones on my car and switched to tti and wow tti is such a nicer fitting header. You will like them a lot better. I had Indy heads in my 67 a body.

Good fit. You will have to cut one of the bolt loops off that protrude under the exhaust port on drivers side. Header will not go on without removing that unless they have changed the header design.

I run them on my Dart. As Mopar Dave said 1 extra head bolt boss is in the way some. I ground it down so it would clear. If the engine is out bolt the headers up and you will see whats up.

Don't buy the w2 headers get the headers for 360-1(port shape is different)I suggest you call TTI, then place your order from who ever with good information.

Thanks for the great response guys, I only have one more race for the season tomorrow and then the header installation will be a winter project. I had to dent one of the Tubular Automotive tubes to clear one of the bosses on the passenger side also. I don`t think they fit the Indy heads very well as I am always replacing gaskets. One advantage I see so far is no more 90 degree adapter which is another source for leaks and adapter plates. It looks like the TTIs are the way to go. What do you have Spare parts? Thanks

take a look at the hedman race header as well. much easier on install as they go in one or two tubes at a time. rear tubes exit thru fender well each side. my TTI 1 5/8-1 3/4 went in without too much trouble, but the TTI 1 7/8 were a beeootch to get in. the hedmans were stess free. just had to cut holes.

I have found the TTI W2 headers install just fine as long as you follow the instructions for locating the engine and installing the headers. Also, when they say to jack the car up they mean jack the car up real $%^&*(& high lol.

Yeah, and Jack the engine up real high on the Dr side as well if your installing the 1 7/8 headers.

TTI W2 A body headers fit my Duster like a glove. I hate to admit I spent way more time than I should have trying to get the 90 degree oil adapter to work. Only to find it wasn't needed. Easy header bolt and plug access. I put carb studs on the front and rear holes to make alignment easier. Some of the best fittings headers I've owned yet. Came with nice gaskets too. That reminds me - I have an oil adapter for sale!
