lutz 6.10 on his only pass fastest pass ever on Drag Week! (193 MPH at the EIGHTH MILE!) He was faster last year. He promises 5's this year. 6.05@251 I hope he can do it! Maybe at Lucas Oil today...great facility.

Is that Duster running exhibition passes only? If it's the white one I saw it on a trailer both at Norwalk and Martin. Man that Charger is good looking - wish this one was that fast, eh Nick?  Man, she still looks amazing! Let me know if you ever get bored with her.

Yes he did Nick. Joel and I are broke down at the first checkpoint. Alternator is not charging, and it broke a bolt off in the head. Joel is out getting a new alternator for it now.

I only had time to watch a couple minutes of the live stream yesterday and it was right when they were interviewing Joel, pretty cool.
This drag week stuff is really neat and it has sparked my interest in getting back to racing. Even if you don't do dragweek I really like the idea of driving to my local track with a small trailer full of tools and tires instead of having to buy another big truck and trailer deal.

I'm back at the hotel, siting #31 out of the quick 32 so hoping to run good today. One of my fuel pumps died on us yesterday but since I run two I was able to move the relay trigger over and be back on the road.
I thought it was OK on the track on just one pump but looking back at the data logs its not. My fuel pressure was a little low but steady at US131 and it ran 122.6mph. Fuel pressure about the same but not steady in Indy and it only ran 120, it looks like the primary pump has struggled some earlier in the week I just didn't pay attention. Ray is going to Jeg's this morning and is going to grab the pump I need and bring it to the track.
