I am in search of a replacement o-ring that mounts under the metering valve on the power steering box in my 69 Charger. It is the small aluminum block held on to the box, by two 1/4" bolts, where the return hose connects. I've been searching all afternoon and all I can find is a complete seal kit. I'm not going to spend $50 for a complete o-ring kit just for one o-ring. Does anyone know where to get this particular o-ring separately or what size it is?

I have a small assortment as well. I didn't have any that were exact in size so I tried one that was maybe a millimeter larger in thickness, thinking it would just compress when tightened, and it leaks worse than before. I obviously have the old one, its just hard to measure the thickness since its probably been in there for 30-40 years, if its not original

No other suggestions as to where I can get the correct o-ring?

I remember answering this before. I would try one of the rebuilders. Lares, firmfeel or anyone else. I tried to match up the o-rings when I thought the box I bought didn't come with them. found them zip tied to the box but painted the same color so I missed it. I am guessing they have them and might sell them too you pretty cheap. might also be this http://www.partsgeek.com/2lyhcfq-dodge-c...+Valve+Seal+Kit
