This is '69 Barracuda notchback. Barracuda fastbacks should be different. I see the distance from the hinge pin to the rear face of the bracket is not the same in both photos.
If you don't see two dolphins, you need a vacation.

Yes, 2 door hardtops are the same for each year, 67-76. Barracuda's are different. I am not 100% sure that the the welded-on brackets are all the same, would have to get out the parts book for each year and check part numbers. The problem is that I have never actually changed any over the years, they don't rust and if they are damaged in a collision the car is usually totaled at that point and is the last thing that would be replaced anyway. I see no reason why there would be a change, the inner wheel housings are pretty much identical through the years.
