Not too difficult. Minor exh, shift linkage and kick down issues.

Heads were updated to hardened exh seats, electronic mopar perf dist and engine is .030 over size. Nice 80-100 h.p. increase over the original engine. At least 50 ft lbs increase in torque also (340@ only 2400).It would have been even easier with poly truck exh manifolds or a set of center dump shorties. Stock mounts worked just needed to move the driver side to behind the block mounting lugs.A bit of clearance was added to clear shift linkage (not needed w/ center dump exh). A aftermarket kick down cable would have been a nice addition.Converted over the alt to 70's style.Used 66 poly steering pump with poly ends at pump and 82 hose at box.(Welded on poly end).Used the poly mount for the throttle cable also. Thats about it.

Of course the lower bolt on the drivers side( the large one that goes in from the front) from the block to trans will not line up but you can modify the 82 side strut that goes from block to trans if you think you need it.

WOW!

Yours looks great, and sounds like a winning package.
I wouldn't change a thing, but thought I'd throw this up here.

There is some aftermarket stuff being made for the poly now.
Not cheap though.
