This appears to be the same rocker switch panel that they are using in the Drag Pak Cars. Would like to hear your Pro's & Con's on this panel please??

Here is the link that gives the tech. info.

Not sure there's much to say. It's a simple switch panel. Most buy for looks, because any switch will turn on a relay

Ive used that unit for over 10 years in a ride and never had a issue, I think maybe the OP might be concerned on the overall quality.

Still probably made offshore but I can see why they use it because it works.

No idea what the back of that looks like, whether it is pre-wired or not. I think not. Carling rocker switches, nothing wrong with those, rated 20A @ 12v, made in Mexico and not China (unless they're knock offs), are available everywhere in just about any configuration imaginable, different color covers, etc. If I was looking for that kind of switch and panel, I would save money, make my own and configure it to my application. Put whatever carbon vinyl, paint, or stickers on it you like.

Sorry....."yes"...quality and reliability is the foremost concern then the appearance as it will work perfectly in the application I have in mind.

I have to admit that the "style" of this switch panel caught my attention and appealed to me the most and will look great mounted in this new car ""BUT""...........sexy appeal is NOT the most important part of this new build. I want the best built switch and if it happens to look great.....well, that is a perk but functionality and performance is at the top of the list first!!!

The new wiring system going in this new build is going to be as "top notch" as I can achieve in that I am in search of the best automotive race car electrician/technician that I am able to locate to either help me do this or take the car to them to build the system in their shop. I don't mind spending quality money for quality work as I want my car to start "every time", all components function as efficient as they were designed to, I want the car to "turn off" as it should, not melt fuses, relays, panels, wiring and all related components and "MOST OF ALL".....not burn the car to the ground due to inefficient wiring gauge for this circuit or that panel or what ever.........

The switches in that panel appear to be Carling rocker switches, made on this side of the world. They are probably about as good as anything else available unless you get into aircraft/aerospace stuff. My advice is to use good components (hint-good components are not hanging on the rack down at the Autozone), proper termination, quality modern connectors (Weatherpack, Deutsch), proper ground and power circuit design. A lot of this has been discussed in detail in recent past threads and I'm sure any questions would be answered by some knowledgeable folks here.
