ridin98ci OP enthusiast R Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 201 Martin TN	I have the small cap assault hei and coil for my 318 in my 71 charger.....I have no instructions for it and they don't include any on their website.....has anyone installed one of these before? I need help LOUD AND PROUD!!!

What sort of module does it use? If it is a 4 pin GM style, should be easy to google imagine search for a wiring diagram of it.

70AARcuda master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 9,826 las vegas	red wire to hot side of coil...black wire to negative side of coil...make sure coil is getting full 12 volts...remove ballast resistor and connect those two wires together..and run another wire to hot side of coil to provide the full 12 volts.. got one in a 88 dodge d250 runs great..
