Engine is warm but now I can't find the papers with correct gap... Cam is a Hug HTL5256BS

small block or big block? either way they don't have that cam on their website anymore. The one smaller STL5054BS3 is .010/0.012 and the STL5460BS3 is 0.018/0.020. They don't even have it on their old page http://www.hughesengines.com/TechArticles/9oldercamshaftprofilesbigblocksolidhevseries.php but the recommendation on those ones are Valve Lash Settings: Intake .018" - .020" Exhaust .020" - .022" personally I would do them 0.018/0.020 and call it a day but there is potential that's not quite right.

Thanks for your reply. 440", now with SidewInders. As you say the link is broken on their site. I took a shot and set them all .020, seems like it will work! Will test it today on 1/8

Since the cam is pretty small for your combo, I'd set them at .010 cold, and tune from there.
