your simple math formula does not work in this case. A few of the shipped units are having problems jumping out of gear. I happen to have one.....

Are you referring to previously shipped transmissions??? If you own a trans that is prior to new design sliders, then I get your frustration. I can't see Jamie not making it right with you??? My dealings with him have been nothing but positive, and I've had previous product issues. However the most recently shipped transmissions should have the issue resolved..... they were even tested off site. The one I have won't be in use til spring most likely, so my reporting will be delayed. As I have stated before I stand behind Jamie, he's been nothing but arrow straight and honest, even when it wasn't in his best interest at the beginning.

Yes mine was one of the early ones. It jumps out of 4th gear. I know he will make it right also. I also know he is a super busy guy. So I have not bothered him with mine yet. I have another one that is perfect!!

Yes really! If I,m spending that type of money and the product had a previous problem then I want to know if it has been fixed and how. You guys my know him personally or through past dealings and is a great guy. I do not have such experience. Part of doing business. Nothing personal. Hope it has been permanently fixed because I want one in the near future.

After talking to Jamie and hearing his take, I'm confident they're fixed. Like I said, they've even been tested. If I understand correctly, the new part was tested, as is the trans assembly. Now, wanting one in the near future might be your obstacle if you're not on the list presently....

I think you should buy some other transmission as we must all be paid shills for Jamie - like those on here that used to defend the tremec snake charmers from Tennessee whose product really did suck. What is it that you require to understand about quality and above all the integrity of this company?? Do I need to define integrity for you from the dictionary?? What kind of assurance do you require above the company standing behind it's product 100%?

What the heck do that have with me not having a clue to the endeavor or being disrespectful to Jamie? Im new to this list, but I have been on Passon's list since January of 2014. Have no idea as to what number I have, but Jamie told me a couple of months ago that I am about one year away from receiving notice of my availability. Who knows. May go A-518 or the Tremec 5-speed. We'll see when my little Dart is ready.

Has anyone tried to contact Jamie recently. No response to my e-mails and his web site is being rejected when I try to access it (Security certificate not valid)or web site not found???????????
