Hey Guys-
So with the little bit of research I did, seems like you could not get K2/GoMango on a 69 Dodge, only Omaha Orange, which I believe is K2 without metalflake????
So my dumb question is this, could a guy walk into Dodge dealership in 68 or 69 and lay down cash and order code 999 and tell Mr. Salesman I want Vitamin C just like the roadrunners have on my 69 Coronet R/T? Or would he say, "Sorry, can't do that, you'll be limited to Omaha Orange."
Reason being, I have a 69 Coronet with no build sheet or fender tag, and I want to make the car as though I could have ordered one waving cash at the dealership.

K2 wasn't available until spring during the 69 model year, so I would say you could possibly have special ordered it for a late built 69 Plymouth, but not a 68.

OK, after some more research, seems like it was released on Feb 1 of 69 for Plymouth only, so could a guy demand it for a Dodge under code 999 theoretically?
