I used them on my 73 DartSport with a lowdeck 451. I had to send a tube back to them to get modified as it was hitting everything. They did the job but the car seemed to be a tenth slower than with the TTI 2" headers and iirc the Maddogs aimed the collectors right at the trans crossmember. I liked the Proparts headers better but they require a few tubes to go through the fender wells. I think they were around $550 back then, not sure now.

I agree that the collectors exit too far out- right at the X-member. It would be hard to get a pipe to bend back to the cutout area IMO. They cost $600. Buy the TTI's
