So I've heard that the transmission in the 2015-2016 R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392 can only handle about 600-650 horsepower at the crank, and my goal was to put my future car into the 550-600 horsepower range so I'm getting somewhere around 480-540 to the wheels. What can I do to upgrade the transmission to handle the greater stress? Or would I maybe have to upgrade to a Hellcat transmission, the HP90? Also, what about the driveshaft and the rear axle

Does no one know anything about this transmission? Is it too new?

Drive it until you smoke it and then switch it out. Unsure about the HP90..

Don't really want to do that, I'm wanting to make this car my fun daily driver. And while 485 horsepower is fine for that, I'm young and I've got the hot rod bug, I want more grin

Did you ask this over on www.challengertalk.com?
It seems many modifications are talked about for the newer Challengers over there.

From my understanding, with the 485 horse and the 8 speed, you will be plenty fast on the street as is. I know a guy who has an automatic scat pack, and the first thing he did was upgrade the tires because he kept breaking them loose just getting on it a little bit. Also, just my opinion, but I would ride out the warranty on the engine and transmission before I put a supercharger on, or build a hotter engine.
