I need some horns for my 71 satellite. What years would be correct for this car? I have a 72 satellite parts car and they are the spartan ones with the plastic cover. Don't think theses are correct. Thanks

Careful when buying NOS. The same horn part number carries fwd into '80s trucks. However, the part I bought was just the horn with no bracket. I did find a pair of hi/lo note horns with brackets that were correct for my Charger (or at least seemed to be). I still have the NOS single horn I bought and adapted to a bracket out of a later car but didn't use. I'll try and take photos and post them.

The original '71 horns in my Charger have metal trumpets.

The NOS horn I bought with the correct part number had a plastic trumpet and no bracket. I adapted it to a later model FWD bracket I had on hand. Then, I found some refurbished original horns and never used the NOS piece.
